As we all know Ramdan going on so here I made "khima matar fry for morning sehri.very easy and quickly made.its a proper meal which can make us feel to keep going throught the day.u can have it with paratha ,nan or jeera rice. U can make it for breakfast, or dinner.

Ingredients For Keema Matar Fry Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Add washed keema in pressure cooker.
  • 2. Add turmuric powder 1/2 spoon salt and 1 cup water.
  • 3. Half chopped onion and take 3 whistle.
  • 4. 2 whistle on medium 1 on slow flame.
  • 5. Take kadai add green peas with 2-3 pinch salt.
  • 6. Add half cup water and boil for 4-5 minutes.
  • 7. Now put kadai on medium flam add oil.
  • 8. Add half chopped onion and fry it till gets golden.
  • 9. Add chopped tomato and ginger garlic paste.
  • 10. Cover and cook till tomato get well cooked.
  • 11. Now add garam masala,red chilli powder,mutton masala.
  • 12. Coriander powder and mix it.
  • 13. Now add keema and green peas and fry it.
  • 14. Add mint leaves at time and fry it 4-5 minutes.
  • 15. Now get off from flame and shift in serving bowl.
  • 16. Garnish with coriander leaves and onion.
  • 17. Serve with paratha nan or jeera rice.
