Kurkuri Dahi Bhindi Masala Recipe

Are you're getting boared by simple bhindi which we make every time with same way?so here I have made by very simple way and it gives u very delicious taste to ur simple bhindi.just adding curd will creat a new dish.so here I am adding dairy product"curd"so let's get ready for chatpati khatti mithi kurkuri dahi bhindi masala.

Don't keep coated bhindi on rest if u want u can make gravy 1 st then do preparation for bhindi fry.as we are adding curd so if u want u can skip aamchur powder.

Ingredients For Kurkuri Dahi Bhindi Masala Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take washed bhindi. Cut it from top and lower side. Now cut it from center make 4 long slices and remove seeds from bhindi.
  • 2. Now add rice flour,besan,1/2 spoon red chilli powder,1/2 spoon salt,jeera powder and mix it well. Add 2 spoon water and coat it nicely.
  • 3. Now add oil in kadai for deep frying on medium flame. Put coated bhindi in oil don't add all bhindi at time. Fry it till get crispy and golden.
  • 4. Fry all bhindi and keep it side. Now keep 1/2 cup oil in kadai and take out rest of oil from kadai.
  • 5. Now add cumin seeds let it get cracked. Add chopped onion and fry it till get golden.
  • 6. Add ginger garlic paste,chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder, amchur powder and mix it well. Now add chopped tomatoes and cook till tomatoes get cooked nicely.
  • 7. Now add curd and mix it well add salt and mix it. It will become thick gravy.
  • 8. Now remove from flame. Add some gravy in serving bowl. Put some fried bhindi and serve with chapati or paratha.
