I always try different recipes from different products. Today, I have tried magic maggi donuts by using maggi 2 minutes noodles? and maggi masala-e-magic powder. It turned out very delicious.

First of all take a packet of maggi and crush it finely.

Take a pan, put the crushed maggi in it and roast it by stirring till it turns golden brown color. Keep it aside.

Take another pan, add oil to warm then add chopped onions, green chillies, cabbage, carrot, tomato and capsicum and mix well.

Add roasted maggi with vegetables and saute it.

After this, add ginger garlic paste, masala-e-magic powder, maggi tastemaker, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, black pepper powder, chat masala, and chilli flakes and mix it.

When the vegetables get cooked then add mashed potatoes to it and mix well on medium flame.

After mixing it properly, keep it aside to cool down.

To make slurry, mix all purpose flour, 1/2 tsp salt and water (as required) in a bowl. Take another packet of maggi and crush it in another plate.

Now add cornflour and green coriander in maggi paste and mix it well.
10.
Take small pieces from dough and press it. Make a round hole in the middle of it and give it the shape of a donut.
11.
After this, dip the prepared donuts in the slurry and coat it well in crushed maggi.
12.
To fry it, heat the oil in a pan and put donuts to fry, till it turns golden brown color.
13.
Our maggi donuts are ready to serve. Enjoy the meal !!
