Magic Maggi Donuts Recipe

I always try different recipes from different products. Today, I have tried magic maggi donuts by using maggi 2 minutes noodles? and maggi masala-e-magic powder. It turned out very delicious.

Ingredients For Magic Maggi Donuts Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First of all take a packet of maggi and crush it finely.
  • 2. Take a pan, put the crushed maggi in it and roast it by stirring till it turns golden brown color. Keep it aside.
  • 3. Take another pan, add oil to warm then add chopped onions, green chillies, cabbage, carrot, tomato and capsicum and mix well.
  • 4. Add roasted maggi with vegetables and saute it.
  • 5. After this, add ginger garlic paste, masala-e-magic powder, maggi tastemaker, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, black pepper powder, chat masala, and chilli flakes and mix it.
  • 6. When the vegetables get cooked then add mashed potatoes to it and mix well on medium flame.
  • 7. After mixing it properly, keep it aside to cool down.
  • 8. To make slurry, mix all purpose flour, 1/2 tsp salt and water (as required) in a bowl. Take another packet of maggi and crush it in another plate.
  • 9. Now add cornflour and green coriander in maggi paste and mix it well.
  • 10. Take small pieces from dough and press it. Make a round hole in the middle of it and give it the shape of a donut.
  • 11. After this, dip the prepared donuts in the slurry and coat it well in crushed maggi.
  • 12. To fry it, heat the oil in a pan and put donuts to fry, till it turns golden brown color.
  • 13. Our maggi donuts are ready to serve. Enjoy the meal !!
