Ingredients For Saravana Bhavan vegetable kurma Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First cut the carrot and potato pieces. Boil it in pressure cooker in high flame in 4 whistles. Then switch off the flame. Let's cool it. Keep aside.
  • 2. After take the pan, heat the pan in medium flame, add redchillies, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fry it and saute it well. Then switch off the flame. Let's cool it. Grind it becomes fine powder. Masala powder ready. Keep aside.
  • 3. After take the pan, heat it in medium flame, add oil, wet coconut pieces, fry it and saute it well. Then switch off the flame. Let's cool it. Keep aside.
  • 4. Then take cashews, poppy seeds, grind it,add roasted wet coconut pieces, grind it with water. It becomes paste. Cashew paste ready. Keep aside.
  • 5. After take the tomato pieces, grind it becomes paste. Tomato puree ready. Keep aside.
  • 6. Then take the pan, heat it in medium flame, add butter, mustard seeds,bayleaf, cinnamon, cardamom pods, cloves, star anise, Marathi Mokku, fry it and saute it well.
  • 7. Then add green chillies, onions small pieces, curry leaves fry it and saute it well.
  • 8. After add garam masala powder, redchillies, Coriander seeds, cumin seeds, salt, turmeric, fry it and saute it well.
  • 9. Then add tomato puree, saute it well. Then add boiled carrot, potato, with water. Cook it well. Mix it well.
  • 10. Then add cashew paste, cook it well. After add heated and chilled milk, coriander leaves, cook it well. It becomes thickness. Then switch off the flame. Serve it with chapati, roti or phulka. So tasty and it's different. Enjoy.
