Ingredients For Sindhi kadhi chawal in kulhad Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Firstly Heat oil in a kadai add mustard, cumin,methidana let splutter than add asefoetida.
  • 2. Now add besan and fry it till brownish . Add water make it boil add turmeric ,chilly powder,coriander powder and curry leaves.
  • 3. Now add all vegies (cut into cubes )and Ginger.Add salt when vegies cooked add tamarind pulp and Boil it for 2-3 minutes.
  • 4. To assemble the dish in a kulhad, put a few spoons of the kadhi in with a few spoonfuls of rice. Mix well garnish with coriander leaves.
