Ingredients For Smoked Butter Paneer Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a pressure cooker add roughly chopped tomatoes, onions, garlic and ginger.
  • 2. Add cashew nuts, salt, honey, half tb spoon kasuri methi, kashmiri red chilly powder, turmeric and coriander powder.
  • 3. Now add a bay leaf, cinnamon stick and green cardamom.
  • 4. Add a cup of water and pressure cook for 25 minutes.
  • 5. When this is pressure cooked, remove the bay leaf and now grind this mixture to make a very smooth puree.
  • 6. Take a deep pan, add butter, some chopped garlic. Now add paneer and saute, now add the prepared gravy and cook for 10 minutes, add more kasuri methi.
  • 7. Now heat up a charcoal now put it in a bowl and keep the bowl in middle of the pan.
  • 8. Now add a drop of butter in charcoal and it would start releasing smoke.
  • 9. Cover the pan and don't let the smoke out.
  • 10. Now when the smoke is finished serve the paneer with bread of choice.
  • 11. Smoked butter paneer is ready to dig in.
