Idli ka batter jayada patla ni hona chahiye. jub batter mai eno dalenge to turant hi us batter ko apko idli stand mai pour krna hoga. stuffing koi bhi use kar sakte hai like panner stuffing, onion and tomato stuffing, only corn stuffing etc.

Methods
  • 1. For making batter:- First of all take a clean bowl and add Rawa in it and add baking soda, baking powder and salt in it than mix it well.
  • 2. After that add curd into the rawa and mix it well and then add water as per requirment and then made thick batter like pakora batter. After than keep the mixture aside for rest 10 minutes.
  • 3. For the filling:- Take a kadhaai and heat up tyhe kadhaai on the gas stove and then add 4 table spoon of oil in the kadhaai and heat up the oil.
  • 4. After that when the oil is heated add mustard seed into the oil and then cracker the seeds when the seeds are crackled then add Ginger-Garlic paste into the oil and saute for 5-10 seconds, and then add onion and saute the onion till the oil is transparent.
  • 5. After than when the onion is transparent so add haldi powder into the kadhaai, garam masala powder, dhaniyaa powder and roasted and crushed cummin-coriender powder into the kadhaai and then fry the mixture for 5 seconds.
  • 6. After that add tamato into the mixture and add some salt and then fry the mixture till the tomato is going soft.
  • 7. After that add boiled patato, green beans, soya chunks, sweet corn into the mixture and saute the mixture propelry till the all mixture is combined.
  • 8. After than add salt as per the taste and fry the masala for ½ minutes.
  • 9. And now the masala is ready add some desicated coconut and coriender leaves into the masala and mix it well. Keep the masala aside to let is cool.
  • 10. For making the idli:- First of all trun on the gas and keep the idli maker on the gas and 1 glass water into the idli maker and let it boil.
  • 11. Take the rawa mixture bowl and add some Eno salt and add 3 tablespoon of water and make the batter in pouring consistency if the batter is thick so add water as per the requirement.
  • 12. Then greese all the idli plates with the oil and pour 1 table spoon batter into the idli plate and than make small size pitthi from the stuffing and keep the stuffing into the mid of idli batter plate and then cover that stuffing with some more batter.
  • 13. After that make all the idli like same and then keep all the idli plates into the idli maker pot and cover the pot with the lid.
  • 14. Now wait for 5-7 minutes and then check that the idli is ready. with the help of tooth pick check the idli are cooked or not for checking pour the toothpick into the idli and check if the toothpick is came out clean so the Idli are properly cooked.
  • 15. After than trun off the flame and keep the idli pot to little bit cool.
  • 16. After than remove all the idli form the idli stand with the help of knife. Now the idli are ready serve these idli with sambhar and coconut chutney.
  • 17. And if you want so take the idli single these are very tasty and mouthwatering idli.
  • 18. You can also deep fry the idli marinate those idli and grill those idil.
