Ingredients For Soya Paneer kofta curry recipe

Methods
  • 1. Boil soya chunks in water for 10 minutes, drain excess water, squeeze them properly and then grind into paste.
  • 2. In a bowl, add soya chunks paste, grated paneer, cumin powder, garam masala powder, salt and cornflour and mix them properly.
  • 3. Take small portion of mixture and make medium size balls from it. Heat oil in pan and fry the koftas in medium flame.
  • 4. To make gravy, heat oil in pan, add cinnamon, cardamom and cloves sauté till fragnant, then add onion paste and sauté for few seconds, add ginger garlic paste and tomato ketchup, sauté on medium flame.
  • 5. Now add cashew nut paste, salt, sugar, coriander powder, kashmiri red chilli powder and curd and mix them all properly.
  • 6. Now add 1/2 cup water and cook on medium flame for few minutes, now add garam masala powder, cream and kasoori meethi and mix. Place the koftas in a plate and pour the gravy over it .Serve with paratha, naan or any type of rice.
