Ingredients For Sweet and sour vegetable poha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl put dry poha pour water in it and wash properly now strainer tha poha
  • 2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a kadhai add potato and fry till golden brown take out in a plate add peanuts cook for sometime and take out
  • 3. Now add mustered seed and cook till done add chopped onion and cook till soften
  • 4. Add all veggies and all spices salt, sugar and cook till soften
  • 5. Now add poha curry leaves coriander leaves and lemon juice mix well
  • 6. Add fry peanuts and potato mix well
  • 7. Turn off the flame poha is ready to serving
