I have prepared tacos with Gujarati touch. It is perfect snacks for parties & for kids as well. I have prepared stuffing from panner & veggies. I haven’t use onion & garlic in this dish as the per contest.

First take a mixture jar and add coriander leaves, mint leaves, chillies and ginger. Crush it and make fine paste add water as per requirement. Take the paste in a bowl and add salt, black pepper powder and 1 tbsp lemon juice and mix it well. Chutney should be thick in texture. Keep it aside.

Ak a bowl and add ketchup & mayonnaise and mix it well. Add grated cheese & chilli flakes & oregano & mix it well. Microwave it for 30 sec and mix it well & keep aside.

Now take a pan add oil into it. Let oil turns hot add asafoetida & green chillies. Add ginger chilli paste & mix it well. Add coloured capsicum and let it cook for a minute. Add boiled sweet corn & panner and mix it well.

Now add salt, black pepper powder, turmeric powder and mix it well. Lastly add lemon juice & chilli flakes & oregano and mix it well. Let it cook for a minute and turn off the flame.

Now take a bowl. Add wheat flour, oil, salt, asafoetida, garam masala, turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin coriander powder, sesame seeds, black pepper powder & mix it well. Now add Kasuri methi & fresh fenugreek leaves and make a dough like chapati.

Now take a pan and add oil and let it turn hot. Meanwhile take dough and make small balls from it. Now make small poori from Thepla dough. Let it roast on tawa on both sides for a minute. Make all the poori & roast it and keep aside.

When oil turns hot deep fry all the poori & after frying immediately roll it into taco shape using thick rolling pin. Make all tacos like this.
8.
Now to assemble it take a plate & put tacos on it. Spread prepared sauce & green Chutney on it. Add prepared filling & lastly add grated cabbage & carrot. Sprinkle some chaat Masala on it.
