1.
Mix flour,salt,1tspn oil & divide into 3 parts.Make 3 different colour of dough.One is white & other two are red & yellow using beetroot juice & turmeric powder.

For pao bhaji, heat 1tspn oil, add chopped onion & ginger garlic paste.Saute it for few minutes.

Add chopped tomato then & make a mashy mixture.

Add boiled & mashed vegetables & potato then.
5.
Add all spices & salt.Mix it well with vegetables.Don't add water.We have to make almost dry mixture.

Make 3 small & thin pooris from 3 different dough.Lay 3 pieces of different colour round in a line & put 1tspn pao bhaji mixture in the centre.

Wet the top half of the edges with water & then fold the bottom half upward.
8.
Now roll it from one side & make a shape of rose.
9.
Now heat 2tspn oil in a pan & fry the bottom of the roses till it turns golden brown.
10.
Then add 2 cup of water, cover it & let it boil in medium flame.If needed add more water
11.
After few minutes add tomato chilli sauce on the top of the momos..
12.
Momos are ready now.
13.
Sprinkle oregano & red chilli sauce & serve it with your favourite dip sauce.
