First take the pan, heat it in medium flame, add oil, onions, tomatoes, cashews, melon seeds, potatoes fry it and saute it well. Then switch off the flame. Take it in a jar, grind it becomes paste. Onion tomato paste ready. Keep aside.

After redchillies soak in water, grind it with garlic cloves. It becomes paste. Redchilli garlic paste ready. Keep aside.

Finally take the pan, heat it in medium flame, add butter, mustard seeds, fry it and add green peas, carrots, potatoes, fry it well and saute it well. Then add sufficient water, boil it well.

Then add onion tomato paste, redchilli garlic paste, turmeric, salt, sufficient water, cook it well. It becomes thickness. Then add garam masala powder, coriander powder, redchilli powder, mix it well. Cook it well. Finally add coriander leaves and fenugreek leaves. Mix it well. Switch off flame.
