Ingredients For Chatpata tandoori shakarkandi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a vessel boil water add sweet potatoes to it par boil it ,then take them out let them come to room temperature then peel it's skin
  • 2. Now cut these sweet potatoes to roundels and
  • 3. Now in a bowl take 1/4 cup olive oil add chopped garlic,mint leaves, coriander leaves,red chilli flax , tamarind chutney mix all well
  • 4. To this add salt to taste,black salt,chat masala,to this add roundels of par boiled sweet potatoes mix all well with a spoon coat these roundels with mixture
  • 5. Now place live charcoal in this bowl and cover it for 10 minutes
  • 6. Now In a griller ,apply olive oil grill these sweet potatoes for 10 minutes
  • 7. In a bowl prepare the dip with hung curd,red chilli powder,mint leaves,black pepper powder,salt to taste mix all well
  • 8. Serve these tandoori shakarkandi with roundels of onion and prepared hung curd dip
