Ingredients For Chur Chur Naan Te Paneer Butter Masala Recipe

Methods
  • 1. For chur chur naan -Prepare a soft dough of 200 grm maida, 2 tbspn oil,pinch of soda,salt,dahi. Leave it for 15 minutes.
  • 2. After 15 minutes spread the dough and spread 1 tbspn butter on it. Again leave for 10 minutes.
  • 3. After 10 minutes again spread 1 more layer of butter on the dough. Then mix well and prepare a soft dough again.
  • 4. For its stuffing , mix 3 boiled potatoes, finely chopped onion 1/2 , 2 green Chillies, red chilli powder 1 teaspn, amchur powder 1 teaspn , black pepper,bhuna jeera.
  • 5. Divide the dough into 6 pcs and pinroll each into roti, then add 2 tablespoon Potato stuffing in each roti. Then wrap it tightly in a potli shape.then flip the roti in maida front and back and smoothly pinroll it like a paratha. Garnish with coriander and sesame seeds.
  • 6. Heat the naan on tawa on medium flame. Wet the bottom of the naan,whichever side will face the tawa so that naan can stick on the tawa.
  • 7. After 2 minutes flip the entire tawa along the naan upside down and cook on low flame until crispy.
  • 8. Once crispy. Flip back the tawa, put 1 tbspn butter on the naan and crush it immediately. Your Chur chur naan is ready to be served.
  • 9. For Paneer Butter Masala-Take a fresh pan and heat 1 tbsp oil,3 tomatoes (big pcs will work), 2 onions (big pcs) ,3 buds of garlic ,finely chopped ginger,1 red chilli, 15-20 pcs of cashew,salt. Then cook on medium flame for 5-10 minutes until vegetables become soft.
  • 10. Wait for it to cool then mixer grind the entire paste.
  • 11. Take a fresh pan, add 3 tbsp butter,1 tbspn oil, add the above grinded paste, 1/2 tablespoon Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1 tablespoon paneer butter masala. Then let it cook for 4-5 minutes on medium flame.
  • 12. Add 2 cups water , let cook for 5 minutes,add paneer cubes,keep mixing until thick.
  • 13. Take a fresh pan, heat 1 tbsp butter ,add 1 onion big pcs, 8-10 cashews, 1 capsicum big pcs, for 2 minutes on high flame.
  • 14. Mix the above 2 mixtures and add crushed kasuri methi 1/2 tbsp. Your paneer butter masala is ready to be served.
