Ingredients For ACHARI MIX VEG RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Blanch all the veggies.
  • 2. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the veggies and strain it.
  • 3. Heat oil in the same pan.
  • 4. Add cumin seeds,fennel seeds,onionseeds,fenugreek seeds and mustard seeds to crackle.
  • 5. Add chopped onion and fry till light brown.
  • 6. Add ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,coriander powder and red chilly powder and add 2 tbsp water and saute.
  • 7. Add tomato puree and green chilly and saute for one minutes.
  • 8. Add chopped tomato,hung curd and fresh cream and mix well.
  • 9. Add all veggies and saute for one minutes.
  • 10. Add paneer cubes and cover it for one to two minutes.
  • 11. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
