In Ramdan for morning sehari I always try to make any gravy with roti or chapati so we can eat proper food.so here I made "egg masala" with very easy n minimum time.the taste with this fried golden egg will give delicious spark to ur tongue.so let's make it.

Before frying eggs do cut on it othervise oil get jumped and it can harm to u and 2 nd benifit of cut is spices will go inside of eggs and it will come out more tasty.

Methods
  • 1. Take mixer jar add tomato,green chilli,cloves, dalchini,black paper,black ilaychi,green ilaychi and make fine paste of it
  • 2. Now put kadai on medium flame add oil.do cuts on eggs with help of knif and fry it from all over till get golden
  • 3. Take out eggs.now add in that oil itself chopped onion,cumin seeds and tezpatta fry it till get golden
  • 4. Now add grinned mixture of mixi jar.add ginger garlic paste.fry it.cook it till oil get saperated
  • 5. Now add red chilli powder,turmuric powder,coriender powder,kitchen king masala and salt and mix it.
  • 6. Now add fried eggs and mix it well cook it for 2-3 minutes.add water and let it get cook till water get observed
  • 7. Now add mint leaves and mix it.take out from kadai in serving plate garnish with fresh coriender leaves
  • 8. Serve with roti chapati or butter nan.
