Methods
  • 1. Boil 1 cup water in the pan. Add the grated bottle gourd in the pan cover it and cook on slow flame for 5 minutes.Drain them and allow to become cool down.Now add pista paste,green chilli chopped,salt,coriander leaves and mix well.Keep aside.
  • 2. Heat kadai with oil.Saute in jeera, bayleaf,cinnamon till they turn aromatic.Additionally add ginger and green chilli. saute well.
  • 3. Add tomato puree and cook till oil releases from sides.
  • 4. Add turmeric,chilli powder, coriander powder, and salt.
  • 5. Saute on low flame for a minute or till spices get cooked well.keeping the flame on lowAdd cashew paste,Magajtari seeds paste and 1/2 cup of hot water mix well.
  • 6. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.Add garam masala,kasoori methi and mix well.
  • 7. For Serving:Pour gravy on a serving platter and place the prepared grated bottel gourd on top.Garnish with rose petals. Serve immediately.
