Ingredients For Pav bhaji Recipe with Paneer Masala Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Boil 1/4th cup potatoes and Boil 2 tbsp peas.
  • 2. Heat a kadai, add 1 tsp oil, 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th cup chopped onion, saute it well.
  • 3. Then add 1 th tsp salt,1 cup boiled peas, 1 cup chopped cauliflower, 1/2 cup chopped beetroot,1/2 cup chopped carrot,water as required, 1/2 tsp haldi, saute them well.
  • 4. Then add 3 boiled and diced potato, saute well. Add water as required and cover with lid & cook for 5 minutes.
  • 5. Remove the lid, mash the bhaji with a masher.
  • 6. Add 3 chopped tomato,2 tsp shaahi paneer masala ,1/2 tsp garam masala , 1 tbsp red chilly powder, 1 tsp dhania powder, 2 tsp lemon juice,4 tsp butter, mix and mash well. 1 cup chopped capsicum, mix and mash it well. Cover with lid, cook for 5 minutes. Mash them well,.
  • 7. Garnish it with 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, mix it well.
  • 8. Serve it hot with butter pav and chopped onions.
