Yes, I love nonveg and especially in Ramadan season, it's morning 4 for sehari or its iftar.so here I made "Spicy Mutton Fry"very delicious so tasty and easy to make. I made it by the help of a pressure cooker because it saves time and gas cylinder too. You can have this with chapati paratha or jeera rice.so let's make it.

Ingredients For Spicy Mutton Fry Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take pressure cooker add washed mutton pieces 1 spoon salt and 1/2 spoon turmeric add half cup water.
  • 2. Take whistle 2 on medium 2 on slow.
  • 3. Put kadai on medium flame add cloves,dalchin,black pepper,cumin seeds,fennel seeds,black cardmom,garlic and ginger and rost it for 2 minutes.
  • 4. Get it cool, ground it. Now add oil in kadai add chopped onion and tezpatta.
  • 5. Fry till it gets golden now add chopped tomato and cook it for 3-4 minutes.
  • 6. Now add ground masalas and fry it for 3-4 minutes.
  • 7. Now add chilli powder,coriander powder and mix it well.
  • 8. Now add boilled mutton and mix it well. Add some mint leaves and check salt and if needed add more salt.
  • 9. Now fry it for 5-6 minutes and get off from flame.
  • 10. Shift into serving plate garnish with coriander leaves and lemon.
  • 11. Serve with roti, chapati, paratha or jeera rice.
