Ingredients For Sarson ka Korma Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash all the saags nicely and left on strainer discard water
  • 2. Now arrange the steamer and placed the saag over this for steam, also arrange the grated raddish over this, steam for atleast 10 minutes,  when done switch of gas and left out
  • 3. Squeeze with palm and discard all water from saag and from steamed raddish and transfer all saags in grinding jar, grind this like paste
  • 4. Now transfer in a mixing bowl add  steamed squeeze raddish also in this
  • 5. Squeeze grated onion and discard all moisture from this and transfer in saag  bowl, also add ginger, garlic, green chilli, coriander, chat and garam masala, salt, lemon juice, makke ka aata, bread crumbs and mix well and make a small ball
  • 6. Heat oil in Kadhai and fry the balls till brown in colour, done left out keep aside
  • 7. Fry some onion till caramelized when done add almonds and cashew in this and fry all for 2 to 4 minutes when transfer in grinding jar add curd and grind like paste
  • 8. Again heat oil add whole spices, remaning onion, ginger, garlic, saute
  • 9. Add red chilli and coriander powder, stiradd onion and curd paste in this and roast
  • 10. When masala release the oil from sides add some water and cook on low flame
  • 11. Now add fried Kofta in this
  • 12. Heat milk add milk powder, kewra and saffron strings add and mix
  • 13. Finally add chopped coriander and serve hot with naan or chapati and enjoy.
